How to do it
Procedure fees are never refunded, even if your admission or visa is refused.
- 1First, complete the « parcours et diplômes » (background and diplomas) sections of your file and your course basket: Campus France requires a minimum number of programmes before it authorises payment.
- 2Send a message through your Études en France messaging system, choosing the subject « RDV paiement frais de procédure » (payment appointment).
- 3Wait for the payment authorisation: it only comes through the messaging system, with the appointment booking link and the list of originals to bring.
- 4Create your TLS-Campus France account (link and instructions in Campus France Cameroun's payment guide), choose the centre nearest to where you live, enter your Campus France identifier and book a payment slot.
- 5Go to the TLS centre on the day of your appointment with your authorisation and your originals, then pay and collect your receipt.
- 6Your originals stay at TLS while Campus France checks them: wait for TLS's notification before collecting them.
What you need
- The payment authorisation message
- Your Études en France identifier
- Your ID
- The originals listed in the authorisation
- A colour copy of each of your originals
Tips
- TLS will not see anyone for payment without an authorisation: do not travel there before you have received it.
- Once you receive the authorisation, you have 72 hours to pay, and TLS stops taking payments on 16/02/2027: ask for your authorisation well before that date and book your slot as soon as it arrives.
- The 16,000 FCFA TLS fee is paid separately, online: it comes on top of the 85,000 FCFA paid at the TLS centre.
- Keep your receipt with your important documents and make a copy: you will be asked for it for the visa.
- Campus France may suspend payments during certain periods: keep an eye on the Campus France Cameroun website and your messages.
