How to do it
You may not have two or more Études en France accounts: if you have lost access to yours, contact Campus France instead of creating a new one.
- 1Go to etudesenfrance.diplomatie.gouv.fr and click « Je m'inscris » (Sign up).
- 2Enter your first name and surname exactly as on your ID, then select « Espace Campus France Cameroun » and your region of residence (the nearest one if yours is not listed).
- 3Give a personal email address that you check often and choose a password that meets the rules shown.
- 4Tick the box accepting the use of your information for the procedure, then confirm your sign-up.
- 5Log in and note your file number (CM followed by digits), shown at the top of your space: you will need it at every step.
- 6Find the « Ma messagerie » section: once you have an account, it is the only official channel for writing to Campus France Cameroun.
What you need
- Your national ID card or receipt (or your passport)
- A personal email address
- A computer with a stable connection
Tips
- Your email address is your login: do not use one belonging to a cybercafé, a friend or an intermediary.
- Campus France recommends doing the procedure on a computer whenever possible.
- In the messaging system, always pick the right subject (payment, information, guidance) so your request is handled faster.
