How to do it
Never submit an altered or fake document: Campus France checks the originals, and fraud ends the procedure.
- 1Open the official list for your level (1st or 2nd year, 3rd year, or 4th-5th year and specialised master's) in the sources below.
- 2Gather your report cards (all 3 terms and/or the annual one) and transcripts: from Form Five / seconde for a 1st or 2nd year, from Lower Sixth / première for a 3rd year, from the bac or GCE A level for a master's.
- 3Add your ID card (or your passport if you have no ID card) and proof of the current year: payment receipt or school certificate.
- 4Scan each document clearly and upload it under "Parcours et diplômes" in your Études en France file.
- 5Keep all the originals together: TLS keeps them when you pay the fee, Campus France checks them, then TLS tells you when to collect them.
What you need
- Report cards for Form Five, Lower and Upper Sixth (or seconde, première, terminale)
- GCE O level (or probatoire) transcript
- GCE A level (or bac) transcript, certificate optional
- Transcripts for each year after the A level / bac, pass certificates (HND, BTS, DUT, bachelor's…)
- ID card or valid receipt (or passport)
- Payment receipt or school certificate for the current year
- Internship or work certificates, if any
Tips
- Start early: getting an old report card or a lost transcript from your former school can take weeks.
- An incomplete file is not scheduled for the interview: check every year before submitting.
- A missing transcript or a gap in your studies? Explain it with a document (certificate, attestation) rather than leaving a hole.
