How to do it
A file that has not been submitted is not scheduled for an interview, and after the deadline institutions can no longer consider your application.
- 1In « Je suis candidat », complete « 1.1 Je saisis mes informations personnelles »: ID photo, identity document, contact details, special status, CV (mandatory), academic background and language skills.
- 2In your academic background, upload the school reports, transcripts and diplomas required for the level you are applying to, in colour and clearly legible.
- 3If your studies were in English, have your documents translated at the Ministry of Higher Education (MINESUP) in Yaoundé or at the Centre linguistique de Bonanjo in Douala, and upload both the original and the translation.
- 4In « 1.2 Je remplis mon panier de formations », choose your option (L1, architecture or other programmes), add your programmes and write a statement of motivation for each: this is your study project.
- 5Make any corrections Campus France asks for through the messaging system after checking your documents.
- 6When Campus France tells you your file is complete, click « 1.3 Je soumets mon dossier à l'espace Campus France » before your deadline: 15/12/2026 for L1 and architecture, 01/02/2027 for other programmes.

- A colour ID photo on a white background
- Your national ID card or receipt
- Your school reports, transcripts and diplomas
- Official translations if your documents are in English
- Your CV
- Your internship or work certificates, if any
Tips
- Write your statements in paragraphs, clearly linking your background, the programme and your career plan; if you are aiming for alternance, explain it here.
- Prepare and scan all your documents before you start: the platform sets a maximum size per file.
- Do not wait until the day before the deadline: corrections requested by Campus France take time.
