Record your arrival date
It starts the 3-month countdown to validate your visa.
How to do it
Always give your real arrival date: any false declaration on ANEF can lead to criminal penalties.
- 1At border control when you arrive in France, show your passport with your visa, then check the page where the entry stamp was placed.
- 2Note the entry date on that stamp and save it straight away in Mbeng.
- 3If your passport was not stamped when you arrived in France, save the day you actually arrived on French territory.
- 4Take a photo of your visa page and of the stamp page, and keep them with your other scanned documents.
What you need
- Your passport with the VLS-TS visa
Tips
- ANEF will ask you for this exact date when you validate your visa: it must fall within your visa's validity period.
- Do not let the first days slip by: the earlier you validate, the more margin you have if the platform or the payment causes trouble.
