How to do it
A complete file doesn't guarantee the visa will be issued.
- 1Go in person to the VFS Global centre in Dakar (Immeuble ATRYUM, Km 8 route de Ouakam) at your appointment time.
- 2Hand in your file sorted in the order of the France-Visas document list.
- 3Pay the visa fee (€50, Campus France student rate); the 15,000 FCFA VFS service fee is paid online when booking.
- 4Give your fingerprints and photo, then keep the receipt to follow your application.
What you need
- The printed appointment confirmation letter
- Your passport with at least 2 blank pages (same number as on the letter)
- Your complete file in the order of the France-Visas list
- Means of paying the fees
Tips
- If your file is incomplete, you can choose not to file and come back with a new appointment: you then don't pay the service fee.
- The Premium lounge offered at reception is paid and optional.
- Only applicants may enter the centre: whoever comes with you waits outside.
